She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Moore and Elizabeth Moore; her husband Burke Cook; her sons, Gary Cook and Randall Cook; and her grandson Nicholas Cook.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Bull (Witte) of Holly Hill and Amy Waddell (Bob) of Ridgeville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in Janice's honor to Hopewell Baptist Church.
