She was predeceased by: her parents, James Finch and Mary Finch; and her brother James Finch. She is survived by: her sister Jeanne Finch Strode; her children, Richard (Rebecca), Linda, David (Kara) and Steven; her grandchildren, Nathan, Sarah, Ian, Alex, Cassandra, Collin and Alison; her husband Captain William M. Flanders; and her sister-in-law Doris Finch. She is also survived by her four children and seven grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of memorial flowers or trees, donations can be made in Alice's name to Walking Tall Ministries in Gloverville, SC.
