She is survived by: her husband Alhaji Alhassan Osman; her mother Mary Saim; her sons, Farouk Alhassan of Sheffield, UK, Sarfo Asiedu (Theophilia) of Aiken, SC and Osman (Hannah); and her sister Dora Biney. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
