He is survived by: his wife Miriam Padgett; his children, Jody "Misti" Padgett and Sherry Demas; his sister Betty "Freddie" Padgett Holton; his grandchildren, Dakota and Trace Padgett; his niece Gina Causey (David); and his nephew Jason Holton (Kelli).
