She was predeceased by: her parents, William Tully and Lucille Burch Wilson; her husband Fred Childers (Barney); her siblings, Marie W. Wassum and William E. Wilson; and her nephew William Don Wilson.
She is survived by: her nieces, Ann Yearsovich (Stephen), Lynn Enos (Bryan) and Cindy Griffin (Jimmie); her great-niece Monica Hankins of Aiken, SC; and her great-nephews, Duran Thompson (Jannette), Nathan Rowe of Chattanooga, TN and Kelton Rowe (Paula) of Chattanooga, TN. She is also survived by 7 great-great nieces, and 2 great-great nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Shellhouse Funeral Home, Inc. (924 Hayne Ave SW, Aiken, SC 29801).
