Betty Jean Wilson Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Jean Wilson of Aiken, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 5, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William Prosser and Thelma Carolyn Huff Prosser; her husband Tony Wilson; her children, Terry Wessinger, Tonya Wessinger and Teresa Carbo; her grandson Michael Clarke; her siblings, Nettie Gregory, Julia Jernigan, Dot Littlefield and Charles Wyman Prosser; and her pets, Mitzi, Casey and Lea.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tara Wessinger-Hanna of Aiken, Korie Wessinger Gordon, Amber Carbo of New Orleans and Austin Carbo of Denver; and her great grandchildren, Cody and Zoe Hanna.
