It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Ruth Baker of Aiken, South Carolina, born in Menard, Texas, who passed away on December 26, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond White and Ruby Sikes White; her son Richard A. Baker; and her brother Raymond White. She is survived by : her son Loyd A.; her daughter-in-law Ruby Lynn Baker of Aiken; her sisters, Gail Baker and Dana Schiller of Houston, TX; and her grandchildren, John, Jason, Shiloh and Wesley.
