She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Neal; her parents, Charles Kemmlein and Louise Kemmlein (Spahr); her grandson Ryan Jessop; her great grandchild Abigail Wagner; and her brother Noel Kemmlein.
She is survived by: her children, Russell "Russ" Jessop (Kimberly) and Elaine Hoehner (Steve); her sister Gail Bowman (Ronald); her granddaughter Kristin Wagner (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Matthew Wagner and Levi Wagner.
