He was predeceased by: his father Henry; his stepmother Elsie; his mother Dorothy; his siblings, Charlene and Austin; and his niece Crystal.

He is survived by: his daughters, Alice (Nathan), Erin Lack and Shayna Vitton (Chris); his grandchildren, Ross, Lydia and Cooper Vitton; his girlfriend Mary Sbragia; and his siblings, Robert Lack (Linda), Kenneth Lack (Derrelle) and Barbara Tanner (Glenn). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
