He is survived by: his wife Wendylyn "Wendy" Wendy Mason; his children, Greg Mason of New Ellenton, SC and Lynn Elaine Platt (Bryan) of Aiken, SC; his brother Ralph Mason (Peggy) of Greenwood, SC; his grandchildren, Ashley Platt, Julie Platt and Leary Platt; and his great grandchildren, Kassiah, Leah, Jack, Jaycie and Oakley.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, honoring David's generous spirit and his dedication to helping others.
