He was predeceased by: his parents, Collie Randall and Annie Mae Randall; and his sons, Joseph David Randall and Peter Franklin Randall. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Randall (Donna), Jerry Randall (Gina), Anthony Paul Randall (Cheryl), Melanie Randall Proctor (Russ), David Benjamin Randall (Rachael) and Beverly Shumpert Fulop; and his nieces, Nancy Taylor (Mark) and Sherry Johnson (Gerald).
