We are sad to announce that, on April 23, 2026, at the age of 93, Doris Adeline Boothe of Aiken, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid adieu to Doris' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Doris has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Braden Hylton and Ruby Hylton; and her siblings, James, Ernest, Lonnie Hylton and Evelyn Francis.

She is survived by: her husband David Huston Boothe; her son Clinton "Dale" Boothe (Janis); and her grandchildren, David Boothe (Kim), Shanon Boothe (Amy) and Michelle Johnson (Chad). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family.
