Dorothy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Dorothy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Dorothy will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Ward and Dorothy Stephenson Ward. She is survived by: her children, Jeffery DuBose of Prattville and Jacqueline DuBose (Fred Singer) of North Augusta; her grandson Chad Singer (Melissa) of South Jordan, Utah; her brother Leon Ward (Barbara) of Holly Lake Ranch, Texas; her nieces, Vickie Lee (Ricky), Donna Mayfield (Steve) and Susan Drop (Tom); and her nephew Warren Ward (Amanda).
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home Chapel (715 E Pine Log Rd, Aiken, SC 29803).
