It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Nicholson (Aiken, South Carolina), who passed away on June 23, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Cullum and Minnie Bell Brown Cullum; and her husband Dea. She is survived by: her son Baby Alvin Nicholson; her sister Carrie Bell McDowell; and her children, Genell Nicholson Cave, Cindree Nicholson Robinson (Levi), Shirley Nicholson Ancrum, Diane Nicholson Counts, Nathaniel Nicholson (Eunice) and James Albert Nicholson. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; cousins, other relatives, and loving friends.
