Elaine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Williams and Essie Williams (Dolin); her husband Fletcher G. Scaggs, Jr.; her brothers, Billy Williams of Foster, WV, James "Shirley" Williams (Zelda) of Cleveland, OH and Robert Williams (Jeanette) of Danville, WV; and her niece Kay Williams Reicho of Ohio.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, William Scaggs of Altamonte Springs, FL, Karen Williams (Steve) of Lebanon, OH, Paul Williams (Karen) of Panama City, FL, Charlotte Brown (Greg) of Ridgeville, OH, Lennie Volpe (Tammy) of Ohio and Rev. David Scaggs (Candy) of Westport, IN. She is also survived by great great nieces/nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ridgelawn Memorial Park (5547 W Pea Ridge Rd, Huntington, WV 25705). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
