He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Castles and Lillian Weed Castles; and his brother Robert Castles. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Cole Castles; and his children, Martha Ryan (David) of Waukesha, WI and Eric Castles.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (961 Trail Ridge Rd, Aiken, SC 29803).
