He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Ray Whitt and Frances Crowe Whitt; his son Matthew Ralph Whitt; and his siblings, Ray Whitt, Dean Whitt, Geraldine Ashley and Kay Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Cato Whitt; his son Glenn Aaron Whitt; and his pet Pistol Pete. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cole Funeral Home (1544 University Pkwy, Aiken, SC 29801). A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bethany Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family has recommended that donations be made to your charity of choice.
