He was predeceased by : his parents, Harmon A. Fincher and Mildred Jordon Fincher; and his siblings, Marilyn Sanders, Edward Fincher and Patsy Rienzo.

He is survived by : his wife Janice Fincher; his children, Lynn Richardson (Bert), Lisa Roberts (Tony) and Travis Fincher (Angie); his grandchildren, Christy Richardson, Hollie Roberts, Courtney Richardson, Harley Shelton (Kenny), Colby Roberts (Morgan) and Chris Fincher (Madison); his great grandchildren, Molly June Roberts, Ella Grace Fincher and Jack Harmon Shelton; his siblings, Jessie Fincher, Janis Holsonback and Tammy Reese; and his close friend James Cumbee.
