With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Harry O. Poston Sr. in Aiken, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 22, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hampton Poston and Anna Mae Dansby Poston; his children, Beth Phillips and Ricky Poston; his grandson Corey Poston; his brothers, Lloyd Poston, H. L. Poston, Joseph Poston and Ernest Poston; his half-brother Bobby Poston; Betty Johnson Poston.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Franks Poston; his children, Harry O. Poston, Jr. of Taylors, SC, Larry Poston, Sr. (Michele) and Terry Ann Cilica; his daughter-in-law Karen Poston; and his half-brother David R. Poston of Oregon. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
