He is survived by: his mother Anne Jarriel of Aiken; his wife Melissa Henshaw Jarriel; his daughters, Dr. Katherine "Katie" Melissa Jarriel (Jon Hunter) and Elizabeth "Beth" Anne Jarriel (Michael Walker); and his siblings, Joy Luton (Phil) and Mark Jarriel (Marilyn). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to St. John's Methodist Church or Christ Central of Aiken.
