He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Earl Staulcup and Margaret Staulcup (Walker); and his brother Lynn Staulcup. He is survived by: his wife Martha Anne Staulcup; his daughters, Elizabeth Staulcup and Joy Staulcup (Nicole); his granddaughters, Baileigh Goolsby (Rhett) and Rennie Chavis; his great grandchild Rivers Everett Mobley; his sister Rita Vaughan (Tommy); and his sisters-in-law, Linda Staulcup and Joyce Dicks.
