She was predeceased by: her parents, James Erving Goen and Ethel Ellen Smith. She is survived by: her husband Jermaine O'Hara; her daughters, Amanda Markowitz of Thornton, CO and Samantha Gabrielowitz of Perry, GA; her aunt Jan; her uncle Keith Benson of Winter Park, FL; and her cousins, Joe, Jessica Lefkowitz of Apoka, FL, Lorrie Lefkowitz of Apoka, FL and Tammy Gibbons of Deland, FL.
