He was predeceased by: his father Ronald David Kelley; and his grandparents, Ray, Iva Mae Hegler, Leroy and Lula Kelley.

He is survived by: his parent Beverly Hegler Pilz; his children, Priscilla Lynne Kelley of Evans and Chandler Ray Kelley of Chattanooga, TN; and his siblings, Rhonda Rice of Mansfield, TX and Tanner Greaves of Charlotte, NC..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Aiken Center for Substance Abuse, 1105 Gregg Hwy, Aiken, SC 29801.
