He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl J. Minear and Pearl McDaniel Minear; his wife Betty Riggle Minear; and his brother Eugene. He is survived by: his sons, Richard (Julie) and Kenneth (Deniese). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
