He was predeceased by: his parents, David S., Jr. and Barbara Chapman Wise; and his brother David S. Wise III. He is survived by: his wife Faith Foster Wise; his children, Joel H. Wise, Jr. (Nicole Herrmann) of Summerville, SC and Hope Danielle Wise (Benji Robinson) of Evans, GA; and his grandchildren, Kennedy Wise, Logan Robinson, Tristen Robinson, Presleigh Robinson and Sadie Robinson.
