He is survived by: his wife Phillis Clara Hoy; his children, Michelle Rushalk of Columbus, IN, Lizabeth Vickers of Hillsborough, NC, Jill Hoy (Elizabeth Bowles) and David Hoy of Columbus, IN; his stepdaughter Kimberly Bieker of Minneapolis, MN; his sisters, Debby Estes of Columbus, IN and Denise Whitis; and his pets, Calli and Lexi. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; many beloved nieces and nephews.
