She was predeceased by : her husband Reed W. McGuire; and her parents, Breamer Dugger and Polly Dugger. She is survived by : her children, Sandra Burkhart (Frank) and Gary R. McGuire (Marilyn) of Aiken; her grandchildren, Nicole Reed Burkhart and Ethan Logan Burkhart; and her brothers, Truman Dugger (Sylvia) of Johnson City, TN, Earl Dugger of Elizabethton, TN and Dewey Dugger (Ella Mae) of Butler, TN..

Visitation was held on Monday, April 12th 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Beech Mountain Missionary Baptist Church (1326 Dark Ridge Rd, Elk Park, NC 28622). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 12th 2021 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the church, 1326 Dark Ridge Rd., Elk Park, NC 28622.
