She is survived by: her son William Buckner Wood; her grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn Wood (Aaron White), Brandon Michael Wood and Alexander Charles Wood; and her sister Nancy Wilson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Milton Shealy Funeral Home, Historic Aiken Chapel (211 Park Ave SW, Aiken, SC 29801).
