Patrick leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Patrick’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Patrick will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeremiah Flavin and Rita Flavin. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Repa of Boston, MA, Jeremiah Flavin of Houston, TX, Shay Flavin of Western, MA and Eleanor Fitzpatrick of Cork Ireland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Shellhouse Funeral Home (924 Hayne Ave SW, Aiken, SC 29801). A Mass will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Old St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church (125 Park Ave SW, Aiken, SC 29801). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, September 28th 2028 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
