She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Widener, Sr. and Dorothy Gordon Widener; and her brother Wade "Junior" Widener, II. She is survived by: her husband Gerald W. Lowe; her children, Billy Key (Phyllis Pool) of Santee, SC, Brian Key (Lynitta) of Aiken, SC and Beverly Cogan (Dennis) of Lexington, SC; her stepdaughters, Tracy Harding (Jacob) of Aiken, SC and Terry Davis (Shawn); her sister Carolyn Smith; her grandchildren, Tyler Key, Ryan Key, Adam Stevens, Zachary Stark, Andrew Stevens, Amanda Maddrey, Samantha Veloz and Elizabeth Dunagan; and her great grandchildren, Brielle Maddrey, Emilia Stevens and Lilith "Lily" Stark.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cole Funeral Home (1544 University Pkwy, Aiken, SC 29801). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Chime Bell Baptist Church (1699 Gray Mare Hollow Rd, Aiken, SC 29803). The inurnment will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at the Chime Bell Baptist Church Cemetery (1699 Gray Mare Hollow Rd, Aiken, SC 29803).
