She is survived by: her parents, Terrance "Joe" Bromley and Carol Carlson Bromley; her husband Chuck; her sons, Casey Zavorka and Nolan Zavorka of Stuart, FL; and her siblings, David Bromley, Dan Bromley, Beth Vaughn of Wyoming, Anne Jones of Wyoming and Karen Hildalgo of Wyoming.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Michael J. Fox Foundation (michaeljfox.org) to support research for Parkinson's disease.
