She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Cecil Samples and Freeda Hill Samples. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey H. Hadden (Missy) of Aiken, SC, Donald A. Hadden (Dawn) of North Augusta, SC and Angela Sharp (Asa) of Lake City, FL; and her brothers, Harry "Buddy" C. Samples, Jr. (Iris) of Wagener, SC and John D. Samples of Lakeland, FL. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
