He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilda Mathis Clarke and Randolph Meredith Clarke, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Patty Russo Clarke; his children, Randy Vincent (Erika) and Ashley Lynn; his grandchildren, Layla Rose (John), Aiden Randolph and Jackson Connor; his pet Spencer Reid; and his son David Costantino (Gina).
