He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Fallaw and Mary Grace Fallaw (Autry); and his siblings, Barbara Riley, Mary Hallman and Daniel Fallaw.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Fallaw (Wooley); his sons, Mark Edward Fallaw (Helen) and David Eugene Fallaw (Angela); and his grandchildren, Robert, Elise, Charlie, Mary Grace and Lela Fallaw. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
