He was predeceased by: his parents, James Frank Strother, Sr. and Lillian Weathersbee. He is survived by: his wife Linda Strother; his sons, Zachary Strother (Irina) of Kazan, Russia and Wyatt Strother of Aiken, SC; his stepchildren, Lauren Rider (Steven) of Knoxville, TN and Jessica Christian (Joe) of Aiken, SC; and his sister Cheryl Faglier (Donnie) of Grovetown, GA. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren, and several nephews and grand-nephews.
