It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Evans Boyd of Aiken, South Carolina, born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on December 24, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Howard V. Boyd; her parents, John Charlie Evans and Lucy McKinley Evans; her brothers, John Terry Evans and John Charlie Evans, Jr.; and her great grandchild Dryth Rhett Fulmer.
She is survived by: her children, Willim W. Seigler (Michele) of Aiken, SC, Tammy Seigler Morgan (Farrell) of Aiken, SC and Kelley Seigler Godfrey of Alpharetta, GA; her brother Robert Bodie Evans of Orlando, FL; and her grandchildren, Diane Morgan, Farrell Morgan, Jr., Johnathan Morgan, Jennifer Armstrong, Sarah Hoppes, Ross Godfrey, James Godfrey, Joe Godfrey, William David Seigler, Madison Trumpold and Chelsea Trumpold. She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and six fur children.
