He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Clemens and Catherine Littleton Clemens; and his brothers, Donald, Steve, Harland and Gilbert Clemens.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Miller Clemens; his daughter Kristen Renee; his son-in-law Oakley Bell; and his siblings, Marlene Jordan Charles, Charles Clemens and Gordon Clemens.
