He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Donald Creswell, Sr. and Ruth Lee Butler Creswell; his sister Polly Anna Musser Smith; and his nephew Zackary Clayton Creswell. He is survived by: his pet Kira. He is also survived by great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
