He was predeceased by: his spouse Kay Lynn McDonald Dennis; his parents, Robert Harold, Sr. and Sarah Louise Wiltshire Dennis; his brothers, Robert "Bobby" Harold Dennis, Jr. and Larry Thomas "Tommy" Dennis; and his great grandchild Sara Lott.
He is survived by: his sister Patricia Anne "Pat" Dennis; his children, Cindy Rodgers, William Holtzendorff (Becky), Joy Michele Stagg (David) and Michael Dennis (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Steve Rodgers, Jr. (Melinda), Chris Rodgers, Jonathan Holtzendorff (Samantha), Jeffrey Holtzendorff, Joshua Holtzendorff (Michelle), Corey Stagg, Jason Dennis and Krista Berrios (Jose); his great grandchildren, Erik, Callie, Christopher, Carson, Ava, Chevy, Rhys, Giuliana, Anna, Adrian, William "Billy", Kenneth "Kenny", Jayce, Samantha and Kenneth; and his great great grandchildren, Harmony, Princeton and Tanner.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Talatha Baptist Church (361 Talatha Church Rd, Aiken, SC 29803). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
