He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Joyce Johnson (Lukosh); his children, Vickie Joyce LuVisi, Debbie Dee Te Braak (Daniel), William Durwood Johnson Jr. (Mary) and Cindy Lucille Harris; his grandchildren, Leah LuVisi, Dustin LuVisi, William D. Johnson III, Savannah Harris, Samantha Molina (Jesus), Sheri Johnson, Josh Risenhoover and Mai Brown; his siblings, James M. Johnson (Gladys), Cathy Riggs (Kenneth) and Mary Hunt Miller; and his sister-in-law Patricia Johnson. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
