He was predeceased by: his father Charles Rush Johnson; and his siblings, Susan Johnson Ouzts and Russell Franklin Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Ann Faulkner Johnson; his wife Stephanie Lynn Capes Johnson; his daughters, Jennifer Kay Perkins (Ross) of Austin, TX and Rebecca Anne Robin Johnson of Austin, TX; and his siblings, Barbara Padget (Richard) and Charles Marshall Johnson (Julia) of Lexington.
