He was predeceased by: his parents, W. J. Kneece and Betty Jean Kneece; his son Frank Theodore Sanders; and his siblings, Glenda Jarvis, Gloria Varnadoe and Wiley Kneece.
He is survived by: his children, Bridgett Smalls and Joshua Kneece; his siblings, Steve Kneece, Tommy Kneece and Gail Godina; and his grandchildren, Rosa, Juan Grijalva, Lathon, Elijah, Lailah Smalls, Andrew, Kaleigh and Trenton Kneece.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Swallow Savannah Cemetery.
