She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Randolph Martin; her parents, Wesley Eugene and Hattie Speer Kay; her daughter Peggy Ellen Martin; her son-in-law Martin P. Wells; and her sisters, Estelle McMahan and Evelyn Gambrell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis M. Wells and Judy M. Bagwell (Lew); her grandchildren, Jonathan M. Wells (Erica), Kimberly Kay Wells, Janet L. Kay (Travis), Heather B. Kohl (Joshua) and Mary Beth Mize (Henry); and her great grandchildren, Kylee Kay, Kinsley Kay, Miley Jones, Savannah Wells, Ava Wells, JoJo Wells, Eden Kohl, Nazareth Kohl, Galilee Kohl, Canaan Kohl, Ebenezer Kohl, Piper Mize and Bethlehem Kohl.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Boulevard Baptist Church (700 Boulevard, Anderson, SC 29621). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
