She is survived by: her husband Dr Thomas Maxwell; her sons, Joshua Cole Maxwell (Katrina) and Jacob Mitchell Maxwell (Aaliyah); her siblings, Alan Mitchell, Scott Mitchell, Luann Junkins and Carlene Gump; her grandchildren, Makaila Maxwell and Rosalynn Maxwell; and her nephew Chuck Mitchell.
