He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Maurice Barnett. He is survived by: his mother Sue Laughridge Barnett; his wife Beverly Barnett; his children, Sunny Barnett, Maurice Barnett and Ashley Barnett Evans (Josh); his grandson Johnny Evans; his sister Maurita Claypool (Gene); his niece Emily Claypool; and his uncle Rick Laughridge (Linda).
