He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Barbano and William Proctor; and his sister Frankie Wood. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Proctor of Anderson; his daughters, Alyson Anderson of Las Vegas and Mycha Williams of Leesburg, Florida; his grandsons, Ethan and Elliot Raeder of Las Vegas; and his daughters, Bella, Chase Dungan of Anderson and Maddison Campbell of Belton.
In 1987, Wayne began his career as a County Planner with Anderson County, helping shape the community through thoughtful design and landscaping, including contributions to the Anderson Civic Center.
