She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Lois (Willie Junior Cunningham); her brother James Cunningham; and her aunt Ida Clark. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Payton, Jermaine Payton and Annie Lois Norman; her sisters, Brenda Cunningham, Betty Cunningham and Mary Ervin (Herbert); her grandchildren, Jasmine Payton, Jamario Payton (Meka) of Columbia, S. C., Nikesha Freeman, Keaundrea Jones, Franchetta Payton and Jeramesha Payton; and her great grandchildren, Tykwonn Thompson, Chase Robbins, Karsy Smith, Riley Smith and Kadakka Smith.
