He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Owens and Shirley Owens. He is survived by: his wife Selena Owens; his son Jason Owens; his daughter-in-law Melody Owens; his sister Missy Burton (Israel); his siblings-in-law, Miranda Smith (Shannon) and Brandon Howard (Donette); his in-laws, Olin, Kim Howard and Elaine Fuller; and his nieces and nephews, Tyler, Garrett, Tiffany, Brooklyn, Carter, Marley, Jazmon, Graylinn and Travis Ray.
