He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Harvey and Lillian Jones Mullikin; and his siblings, Dorsilla "Dorsey" Mullikin Huff, Clifton Harvey "Peanut" Mullikin, Jr., Jack Andrew Mullikin, Ray Herman Mullikin and Betty Mullikin Stanley.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Temple (Kevin) and Todd Mullikin (Michelle); his grandchildren, Ryan McMillan (Lauren), William McMillan (Keelan), Leah Bowler (Chris), Molly McCurley (Travis), Beattie Mullikin (Tori), Sally Cade Holmes, Brelyn LeCheminant (Bubba), Janie Yellitz (R. J.), John R. Fulp III (Lindsey), Hunter Fulp, Carly Campbell and Lawren Ardoin (Ashton); his caregiver Judy Morgan; Carlette Holmes, John R. Fulp, Jr. (Kim) and Lebrena Campbell (Lawrence). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
