He is survived by: his children, Christine Cook, Joe Shaw and Mike Shaw; and his grandchildren, Jason Shaw (Christy), Mechelle Cox (Jeff), Hannah Thompson (Anthony) and Holly Shaw. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
